Refund policy

At GELERI, each piece is made to order and sewn individually in our Berlin atelier. Because every garment is produced specifically for the customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days after the arrival of your parcel so we can assist you.

Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
