Shipping policy
Each of our pieces is made to order and sewn individually in our Berlin atelier.
If a studio piece is currently available in stock, it will be dispatched immediately.
Otherwise, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

- Delivery Hours: All orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
- Public Holidays and Weekends: Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
